mothers day adventure

since yesterday was mothers day we chose to go up to Mauna Kea. We started our day with church and a acai bowl than we started our drive to Mauna Kea witch was about an hour from where we lived. Halfway up the volcano our tire popped and we pulled over into a empty parking lot and had to get out luckily we had an extra tire and changed them out. We got up to the top and had dinner and saw an amazing sunset. Than drove down to the observatory to look at the stars one of the telescopes was pointed on saturn and olmost looked like it was just a sticker on the front of the telescope you could see the rings and every detail of it. After we were done we got back in the car and started our way home. when we got home we made some tea and went straight to bed.
